Description

Featuring a large 486 litre gross total capacity, the Single Door Vertical Glass Door Commercial Refrigerator in black finish is the ideal solution for any commercial or retail setting. This PRO range upright display refrigerator has its entire R290 refrigeration mechanism is mounted on a sled which is accessible from the front, making it easy to swap components and make repairs. The electronic temperature control allows you to easily set the unit to the desired temperature. A full length LED illumination system with on/off switch and fully adjustable shelving offers great visibility and flexibility. The triple-glazed glass doors offer superior insulation helping to deliver an energy-efficient outcome that looks impressive.

This unit is also available with an attachable/detachable light box for an additional $100 which can be used for advertising and promotional displays.

  • The doors on the C5PRO range are reversible. This is achieved by removing the door, turning it upside down and refitting it in the same way using the existing hinges/fixings but removing from the right hand side to the left. All these holes are pre-drilled on the right-hand side so that a technician is able to reverse the door with the use of basic hand tools.

Although this fridge/freezer can be installed in domestic/household applications it is primarily designed for commercial applications. recommends a minimum 100mm clearance around each of the sides and top of the unit as well as 100mm of clearance at the rear of the unit if it is integrated into cabinetry or located alongside other large items that restricts airflow. This is required to allow adequate ventilation to the motor. Additional ventilation to the motor may still be required depending on factors such as ambient temperature levels and exposure to sunlight or other heat sources.

As this unit is designed for commercial applications it utilises a more powerful motor compared to non-commercial rated fridges and freezers which will increase energy consumption and noise when in operation.

Please Note: All deliveries are completed by non-tailgated vehicles. Customers will need to arrange the unloading of any products from these vehicles on their own behalf. All deliveries are made to street level, loading dock or kerb side. Products will not be delivered up stairs, lifts or ramps. Please advise us if you require a tailgated vehicle to lower this product from the truck as this will incur an additional delivery fee.

Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 3-14 Business Days

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

We recommend you retain your order confirmation email, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our customer service team will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available, and may record your proof of identification when processing a return without proof of purchase.

Warranty For Damaged Or Faulty Item

Purchasing through Click Home Express means that we endeavour to achieve a favourable outcome and being available over the phone, via email & chat means that we can work towards a speedy solution. To assist with resolving these little hiccups we ask that you:

  • Attach clear photos or provide a short video to display the damage/fault.
  • Provide any further comments to describe the damage/fault that will assist in achieving a speedy resolution

Once you have submitted your enquiry, we will be able to review and help us provide you with a resolution.

Change Of Mind Policy

A change of mind may include, but is not limited to, purchases where:
  • You chose the wrong colour/size/product
  • You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs
  • Your personal opinion of the quality

Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of Click Home Express and a 20% restocking fee may be applied. All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items:

  • Custom-made products
  • Toilet seats, if packaging has been opened (for health reasons)
  • health and safety products ;
  • bulk purchases (including by pallet or pick up); or
  • products that are opened (i.e. are not unopened in their original packaging).

Refunds

Once the Click Home Express has confirmed the refund to be processed, it will be processed to your account within 3 - 5 business days.

Click Home Express is required to refund the order back via the same payment method which was used at time of purchase (VISA/Mastercard/AMEX, PayPal, Zip Pay, Openpay, Afterpay, LatitudePay, Klarna).

If the refund does not appear in your account after a few business days, please check with your payment gateway first. For further questions about the refund status, please get in touch with us via the “Customer Feedback Form” on our home page.
